Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and PromptUp. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
PromptUp takes a rough instruction and returns three refined versions of it (Quick, Balanced and Expert) using third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically and is provided for your own use. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or act on.
2. Accounts
You may use PromptUp as a guest with a limited daily allowance, or create an account with an email address or Google sign-in. You must be at least 13 years old, keep your credentials secure, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Plans, quotas and payment
The Free plan includes a daily enhancement allowance. The Pro plan costs US$3.69 per month and includes unlimited enhancements subject to fair use, plus the features listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from your account page. Taxes may be added where required by law.
4. Fair use
Quotas exist to keep the service fast for everyone. You agree not to automate, resell, scrape or share access, not to circumvent quotas, and not to use PromptUp for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the ideas you enter and to the enhanced prompts you receive. We claim no ownership of them. We only process your text to produce your result and to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
6. AI limitations
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. PromptUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific result, uninterrupted availability, or the behaviour of the AI providers we rely on.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptUp's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms as PromptUp evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. You may stop using PromptUp and delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
