Refund Policy

1. Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page at /account. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. Refunds

If you are unhappy with Pro, email hey@promptup.me within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that month in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Exceptions

• Charges older than 14 days are not automatically refundable, though we will always review unusual cases.
• Accounts suspended for abuse or quota circumvention are not eligible for a refund.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
